“What a fabulous location, beach, Surf Club, Tedder Street restaurants. I love how quick the Uber drivers are, and at a reasonable rate. The Gardens, Pool and BBQ area are a credit to Management. The room was Devine. I would rate De Ville as a must stay on the Gold Coast.”

“Location, it is close to a lot of places you would like to get to and eat, to get to public transport should you need to. The staff were very cheery and helpful and the security was excellent, I felt very safe during my stay. I was on the 22nd floor and had superb views of the coast both north and south.”

Anything we asked for was attended to promptly with a very helpful nature. The maintenance of the property is a credit to you, we were impressed every day how everything looked tidy and perfect.
This was our second visit to De Ville and the best so far. Hopefully we will be back next winter if we are allowed to travel again..”

Great location as a 2 min walk to the beach (and Surf club), 10-15 min walk to Tedder st or marina for food options. I had apartment 80 which had excellent beach and city views.
Good amenities (kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, including foxtel). Too bad the pool was being renovated (opens up in sept) as it would have been ideal to use at the end of a long day. Check in/out were quite stress free. Highly recommend and will return in the future.

a lovely appartment very spacious and clean. not new but everything worked. tv ordered fox tv with no charge and free wi fi. pool was lovely clean and gardens around it were lovely. beach is just across road and life guards in posts along beach. although not in town it’s very quiet. marine mall walking distance for fish and chips, pub and restaurants.

Spent the weekend here for hubbys birthday, What an amazing apartment, Everything that you need inside, Comfortable rooms and spacious. The view was absolutely outstanding, The pool was good, Family friendly Straight across from the beach and the surf club, Walking distance to lots of different places. Staff friendly, Communication via email very quick, Would definitely recommend to anyone

“Offered as an alternative, very glad i accepted spacious apartment with good facilities, very friendly staff and very clean building. Very good transport network within easy reach, cross the road and your on the beach could not ask for more, will definitely be staying there again.”

Great spacious apartment. We travelled to Gold Coast to go to the theme parks and these apartments were just up the road from Sea World and only a short drive to Movieworld and Wet and Wild. Has nice pool and spa and across the road was Southport Surf Life Saving club which had a great meals for families. If you wanted to go into Surfers Paradise it was about a 2KM walk or a 5 min drive. The apartment is an older style we had a couple of issues with Air conditioning and fans but the staff were quick to sort out the problems for us.

Great location, great views, super cool even without aircon (which there is, I just didn’t need it). Spacious and light. Just across the road to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Main Beach high street for shops, restaurants etc. I loved it here, felt very at home.

The location is great , right across the beach with a lifeguard and some restaurants. We had a 3 bedroom and the view was stunning. Very comfortable beds and nice to find beach toys and tennis racket in a fully equipped sports cupboard, The master suite was generous in size

Beautiful apartments amazing views, spacious rooms, and at the quite end of surfers closer to sea world. Great for large ish groups as the apartments are nice and roomy. We had a few little technical mishaps with bookings and cancellations but we’re sorted and with good manners. Will stay again. 🙂

“We had a one bedroom apartment on the 18th floor. As you can see, the views of the ocean and the Broadwater were fantastic. This apartment block is older, but in excellent condition and very spacious. It has a pool, spa, BBQ area and a tennis court, as well as secure parking. We had a large living area, with fully quipped kitchen, as well as a large bedroom, walk in robe and good bathroom. Foxtel was available too. The Southport SLSC is just across the road, and there are some lovely food options amongst the shops on Tedder Avenue, a short stroll away.”

Great location. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment for our family. Well equipped and clean. Big rooms. No wi-fi which is a bit naff for the price. Tiny car park which was interesting to get in. Well landscaped and maintained building. Would definitely come back and stay

A few girls stayed for the weekend. Nice large apartment. Had requested the Third bedroom to have 2 beds but got a queen instead so we had to share. Apart from this it was good. Limited glasses etc in cupboards. Basic but good. Great view out to the north which made it a great location. Opposite the beach and walking distance to marina mirage and Tedder.

We checked into The Deville today. Our reservations were made by a local who hired my husband to teach a K9 Nosework Seminar nearby. We are staying in apt 72 on the 18th floor. The views are amazing! The 1 bedroom apt. Is very clean, spacous and bright. We are here for five days, I wish it were five weeks!

“We just spent 3 nights at the fabulous De Ville apartments. Our 20th floor apartment overlooked the beach and was light, sunny and breezy. The view was amazing and it was very hard to tear ourselves away from it. Our apartment was tastefully decorated and very spacious with plenty of room for our family of four.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom, self contained apartment. Fantastic location, right across from a patrolled beach, beautiful views. Spacious apartment. Slightly outdated decor, but didn’t matter! Fantastic staff – so friendly and helpful!
